9 Ways Restaurants Can Use Social Media

i think it is interesting on how the restaurants are able to use the social media websites such as Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter to keep up with customers, get their suggestions and ideas, and even to look for people to hire. I feel this is the new comment card that is left at the table "Hey! Go to our website and tell us how we did!" You already see it now on reciepts for some restaurants and retail stores.
I think people tend to be more relaxed in this day-in-age to use a computer to tell someone how they feel about a product or menu item they just ate. There is no one infront of you to hurt their feelings or any of that nonsense. No confrontation means a more relaxed atmostphere for some.
